- Business Day refers to all days of the week (Sunday to Thursday), except: the day of placing the order, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, sabbaticals, and memorial days.
- On rainy days or in situations of extreme weather, there may be delays in delivery times.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company will not charge shipping fees for the collection of products from the Customer following the cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the Product or due to delivery that does not match the customer’s order.
- In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product, the return of the products will be made by courier who will send to the address to which the products were sent, at no additional charge.
- In the event of replacement of a Product with another product not due to a defect or error in such supply, a total of USD 30 will be charged for collecting the original product and shipping the other product.
